  • Can I specify a delivery date?
    Since UPS,Yodel and Hermes are the third parties, we're unable to 100% guarantee that your order will be delivered on a specific date—occasionally a weather or operational delay could impact your delivery by a day or so. We recommend keeping a close eye on your order's tracking numbers. That said, you can rest assured we'll do everything in our power to target your delivery date. As soon as your order ships out, we'll send over a shipping confirmation email with tracking number(s) you can use to follow the progress of your package.
  • I forgot to add a promo code or referral credit. What should I do?
    No worries! We're happy to help you with your order. To get started, please have your order number handy (and your friend's email address if you'd like to apply a referral credit), and contact our Customer Experience team by emailing todripexuk@gmail.com As a friendly heads-up, we're only able to apply one promotion or referral credit per order.
  • How do I track my order?
    Once you've placed your order, our products typically ship from their respective facilities within 1-2 business days. Once a product has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number that you can use to follow your package as it makes its way to you. Please keep in mind that delivery may take longer during/after holidays or severe weather conditions. We recommend keeping a close eye on your order's tracking numbers.     If you decide that your dripex/yoleo products aren’t right for you within your trial period, we're happy to help troubleshoot or initiate the return process. please contact us at dripexuk@gmail.com to initiate your return. We'll work with you to choose a pickup through a local charity or recycling partner and refund you in full.

  • I don't see any updates on my tracking information. What's going on?
    No worries! We're here to help. If your tracking information still shows that your order has been processed and is 'Ready for UPS/Yodel/Hermes', it likely means that your package just missed the initial scan as it was loaded onto their truck. Not to worry though—you can rest assured that this is fairly normal for UPS/Yodel/Hermes shipments. Because packages shipped by UPS/Yodel/Hermes have to be manually sorted and accounted for along their journey, sometimes tracking information may take a few days to “catch up” to a package's actual location. More often than not, it's confirmedly en route and will update within 1 - 2 business days of your originally anticipated arrival date.   • How do I track my order?

  • Do I need to be at home for my delivery?
    If you indicated that you'd like to sign for your package at checkout, then ups/yodel/hermes or other will need your signature in order to successfully deliver the package on one of their delivery attempts. Due to liability issues, ups/yodel/hermes or other does not allow us to remove the signature requirement once the box is in transit. If you would prefer for ups/yodel/hermes or other to leave the products outside your door, just leave the signature requirement unchecked during check-out. With this option, dripex/yodel is no longer liable for any loss or damage to the package after delivery.
  • Do you deliver on Saturday or Sunday?
    UPS will occasionally deliver on Ground packages on Saturdays. In order to get your order on Saturday or Sunday, we recommend having your packages delivered to a UPS store or friend's house ahead of the weekend, where you can pick up your packages at your own convenience.   • What shipping partners do you use?
    In the United kindong and Europe, UPS/HERMES/YODEL/DHL/GLS will deliver your products to your door from warehouse partners in US.UK or Czechia .
  • When can I expect to receive my order?
    Once you've placed your order, our products typically ship from their respective facilities within 1-2 business days. Once a product has shipped, you'll receive a UPS tracking number that you can use to follow your package as it makes its way to you. Delivery within 3-5 days for UK Mainland, and 5-10 days outside of this. Please keep in mind that delivery may take longer during/after holidays or severe weather conditions. We recommend keeping a close eye on your order's tracking numbers. That said, we'll do everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible!

  • My product arrived defective or damaged. What should I do?
    We're so sorry to hear that your product arrived in less than perfect condition! We'd love to help you resolve this issue right away with the help of our Quality Assurance team.   • When can I expect a refund for my return?
    Once we recieve the return item. you'll be refunded any payments you've made and the remaining balance will be canceled. we'll refund your original form of payment. Please allow 3-10 business days for the refund to settle back on your original form of payment.

We'll work with you to choose a pickup through a local charity or recycling partner and refund you in full. Refunds will be credited back to your account within two weeks.

Once we receive your shipment, you can expect to see your account refunded within 1 - 2 weeks.
