This thing is awesome! I could feel a difference the first time I got on it and inverted. I could feel a huge amount of relief in my lower back, like a gentle stretching and relief of compression and pain. I didn't want to overdo it so I just stayed about 3/4 inverted for about 5 minutes and it was amazing.—Fisher from Newcastle
The reason I'm endorsing this product, is because of how well it's made. This is a really sturdy product. I seriously can't see how they're making a profit on this. The padding is comfortable. The metal is sturdy, and the ankle fittings are secure and safe and easy to use. My favorite feature is the shoulder supports which the majority of other inversion tables don’t have. Being suspended only by your ankles causes a lot of strain, and the shoulder supports allow you to take a little of your weight off of your ankles if they start to become uncomfortable.—Matt from Livingston
It’s also nice to come home from work and dangle for about three minutes it feels so relaxing. My one critic would be how confusing it is to assemble. It is kind of like putting together Ikea furniture.—Nora Stork from Durham
